Uzbektelecom cuts tariffs for internet services for ISPs

Tashkent, Uzbekistan ( -- Uzbektelecom joint stock company cut tariffs for internet services (external channel) for internet service providers up to US$76.61 per 1 Mbps from 3 March 2017, the press service of the company said.

The company underlined that tariffs for internet services were decreased for the sixth time in 2017. It cut prices for ISPs up to US$91.07 on 1 January, US$87.14 on 6 January, US$86.85 on 10 January, US$86.11 per 1 Mbps on 2 February, US$80.94 per 1 Mbps on 16 February and US$76.61 per 1 Mbps on 3 March 2017.

Uzbektelecom recalled that it decreased tariffs for internet services for 12 times in 2016 – from US$156.24 in January to US$91.50 per 1 Mbps in December 2016.
