Uzbekistan Havo Yollari to increase cargo transportation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) is planning to open new flights to increase cargo transportation.
The airline plans to open new flights to Amsterdam, Shanghai, Mumbai and maybe Guangzhou from international intermodal center of logistics at Navoi Airport from April 2015.
The airline that that it received two Boeing airplanes, which were transferred from passenger planes to freighters.
The commercial load of the airplane makes up 53 tonnes. The planes are certified according to the fourth level of noise (Stage 4 noise level), which will perform takeoffs and landings at airports that have restrictions for flying at night, in particular, the city of London and Frankfurt.
Boeing-767-300BCF freighter of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) conducted first charter flight on route Urumqi-Tashkent on 25 December 2014. It transported 48.066 tonnes of freight. The planes will be used to carry out charter flights and flights from international airport Navoi to Dubai, Tianjin, Frankfurt, Aktobe, New Delhi, on average - 13 flights per week.
Flights to Europe, India, China and Southern eastern Asia are conducted via international intermodal center of logistics at Navoi Airport. Since launch of the center, over 200,000 tonnes of freight were transported via the center.
