Uzbekistan and Hungary discuss trade-economic ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The second session of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hungary was held in Budapest on 25 November 2014, Jahon news agency said.
Representatives of ministries and departments, companies and firms of two states, responsible for foreign economic relations, financial-banking, economic, trade-industrial, agriculture, pharmaceutical, food industries, healthcare, tourism and other sectors attended the event.
During the session, the sides exchanged information on current social-economic development of two states and exchanged opinion on mutual beneficial cooperation.
The sides expressed mutual interest in increasing bilateral trade, expanding trade-economic, investment and scientific-technical cooperation.
At the end of the session, Uzbekistan and Hungary signed a protocol, which includes agreements on further strengthening and expanding multipronged cooperation in various spheres and directions.
