Uzbekistan plans to create 987,500 new jobs in 2015

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan is planning to create 987,500 new jobs in 2015. This was announced at the roundtable, organized by the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare of the Legislative Chamber, dedicated to the programme on organization of work places and ensuring employment of population for 2015.
The draft programme, was developed to create new job places and ensure employment of population for 2015, reflects priority directions in providing jobs to population.
The draft programme envisages that the country will create 987,500 new jobs in 2015, which will help to further employment of population, in particular, youth and women.
The document pays special attention to issues of employment of graduates of educational establishments. It is planned that ministries and departments, local administrations and enterprises will develop special measures to ensure implementation of the programme.
The participants of the roundtable shared their proposals on further improving the document and implementation of legislation in this area.
In line with the programme on organization of work places and ensuring employment of population for 2014, Uzbekistan plans to create 938,600 new jobs in 2014.
