Moskovia cannot fly from Moscow to Karshi due to debts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russian airline Moskovia cannot carry out a flight from Moscow (Russia) to Karshi (Uzbekistan) due to its debts.
The airline should from Domodedovo Airport in Moscow to Karshi (Uzbekistan), but it was delayed for its debts for air navigation services, Interfax agency reported.
The flight should left Moscow at 02:00 on 30 July, but the flight was delayed to 17:30. According to information, the airline has debt for air navigation service in the territory of Uzbekistan and Moskovia is adopting measures to repay it, the agency reported.
Federal Agency for Air Transport of Russia adopted decision on limiting activities of Moskovia Airlines.
According to Rosaviatsiya, the airline cannot sell tickets to regular flights from 29 July 2014 and carry out regular flights from 1 September 2014. The airline will become charter transporter.
Rosaviatsiya said that it carried out inspection of the airline, after mass delays of the flights of Moskovia Airlines from 11 to 13 July 2014.
The agency said that the inspection revealed that the financial state of the airline in bad condition and the airline did not pay salaries for 42 million rubles.
The agency noted that Moskovia Airline could not increase number of its airlines to 8, which is minimal requirement for airlines, which conduct regular passenger transportation.
Currently, Moskovia Airline has 7 planes – three An-12 cargo planes, three SSJ-100 planes and one Boeing-737.
The Russian airline carried out regular flights to Samarkand, Bukhara, Ferghana, Andijan, Navoi, Karshi, Namangan and other cities of Uzbekistan.
